A long gray handset cord. The manufacturer calls it silver. It does have a definite shade of silver to it, but it is still best described as a light / medium gray. New in a blister pack. It is packaged as Verizon but the manufacturer is Jasco.

. It is called a 25 foot cord because 25 feet of material goes into the curling machine. This naming scheme is confusing but it's the standard.
25 foot cords
should not be used
on desk phones unless precautions are taken. The cord needs to hang by its own weight to keep the coils from tangling. This holds true for any manufacturer. De-tanglers won't help.
This is a high quality generic cord,

This cord works on
nearly any phone
made in the last 30+ years. It uses the standard 4P4C (4 pin 4 conductor) connector which is also called RJ9, RJ10 & RJ22. Do not use it between the phone and the wall jack. The wall jack is 6 or 8 pins wide. It would provide a loose, noisy connection.
